My name is Darrell Trujillo and I am the Gifted and Talented Itinerant Teacher. I have been at Godsman Elementary since Fall of 2023. I work with three schools and will be at Godsman Elementary every Tuesday. My role includes; identification & testing, Advanced Learning Plans (ALP), programming, and enrichment.
In my free time, I am a graduate student at the University of Denver, finishing up my dissertation and working on an Administration and Gifted Director endorsements. I am actively involved with the Gifted and Talented community – including presenting at several conferences; Colorado Association of School Executives, Colorado Association of Gifted and Talented, and University of Denver Gifted Symposium. I also enjoy playing and watching Ice Hockey in my free time.
