My name is Joana Gutierrez, I am excited to be the Principal at Godsman Elementary. I am honored to work and serve all the members of the school.
I am a Colombian who is passionate to work in education and impact lives through my work. I have been an educator for twenty years, and I have always worked with students of different cultures and nationalities. I love connecting with people, listening to them, and helping them. That is why I am very excited to work at the Godsman and be part of the community.
My mission as a professional is to be a leader capable of serving and helping the transformation of the community I work with. As principal of the school, I am determined to implement a clear, organized, and effective action plan to promote student academic achievement and community development. This is a job that can be done by working as a team, having very clear goals, and giving the best of myself every day. I am willing to put all my love and dedication to empower teachers, students, and families of the school.
Therefore, I commit myself to working hard to reach all the goals that we set as a school. My vision is to make sure that Godsman keeps being a place where students, parents, teachers, and staff feel welcome and empowered. In addition to promoting equity, wellbeing, social responsibility, teamwork, and high academic achievement. As a leader at Godsman, I am willing to embrace the work with all my heart and run the extra mile for this wonderful community.

Querida Comunidad de Godsman,
Mi nombre es Joana Gutierrez y me siento muy feliz de tener la oportunidad de ser la directora de Godsman. Esto significa un paso muy importante en mi carrera y es un honor compartirlo con todos ustedes. Soy una Colombiana cuya gran pasión es trabajar en educación e impactar vidas a través de mi trabajo. He sido educadora por veinte años y he trabajado con estudiantes de diferentes culturas y nacionalidades. Me encanta interactuar con la gente, escucharlos y ayudarlos. Por eso estoy muy emocionada de servir esta hermosa comunidad.
Mi misión como profesional es ser una líder capaz de servir y de ayudar a la transformación de la comunidad con la cual trabaje. Como directora en la escuela estoy decidida a implementar un plan de acción claro, organizado y efectivo para promover logro académico en los estudiantes y su promover el bienestar de la comunidad. Esto es un trabajo que solo se logra trabajando en equipo, teniendo metas muy claras, y dando lo mejor de mi cada día. Estoy dispuesta a poner todo el amor y la dedicación que sean necesarios para ayudar a los maestros, familias, y estudiantes de la escuela.
Mi visión es que sea un lugar en donde tanto estudiantes, padres de familia, maestros, y empleados se sientan bienvenidos, acogidos, y felices. Además, que la escuela sea un lugar en donde se promuevan la equidad, el autocuidado, la responsabilidad social, el trabajo en equipo, y un alto logro académico. Vamos a preparar a nuestros estudiantes para que sean exitosos en su vida académica y personal. Por eso, me comprometo con ustedes a trabajar muy duro para poder alcanzar todas las metas que nos propongamos como escuela. Espero que podamos trabajar juntos para servir de la mejor manera posible a todos los estudiantes.
Por lo tanto, me comprometo a trabajar arduamente para alcanzar todos los objetivos de la escuela. Porque, mi visión es asegurarme de que Godsman siga siendo un lugar donde los estudiantes, padres, maestros y personal se sientan bienvenidos y felices. Además de promover valores, buen comportamiento, responsabilidad social, trabajo en equipo y alto rendimiento académico. Como líder de Godsman, estoy dispuesta a acoger el trabajo con todo mi corazón y correr todas las millas extra que sean necesarias por esta hermosa comunidad.

Đây là một công việc có thể làm được bằng cách làm việc theo nhóm, có mục tiêu rất rõ ràng và nỗ lực hết mình mỗi ngày. Tôi sẵn sàng đặt tất cả tình yêu và tâm huyết của mình để tiếp thêm sức mạnh cho các thầy cô giáo, các em học sinh và gia đình của nhà trường.
Vì vậy, tôi cam kết sẽ làm việc chăm chỉ để đạt được tất cả các mục tiêu mà chúng tôi đặt ra với tư cách là một trường học. Tầm nhìn của tôi là đảm bảo rằng Godsman luôn là nơi mà học sinh, phụ huynh, giáo viên và nhân viên cảm thấy được chào đón và trao quyền. Ngoài việc thúc đẩy sự bình đẳng, phúc lợi, trách nhiệm xã hội, tinh thần đồng đội và thành tích học tập cao. Với tư cách là người lãnh đạo tại Godsman, tôi sẵn sàng đón nhận công việc bằng cả trái tim và nỗ lực hết mình vì cộng đồng tuyệt vời này.
